• Prevention of Abuse and Trafficking

  • Protect women and children from abuse and trafficking.

• Empowerment of Women

  • Promote the economic, social, and political empowerment of women.

• Welfare of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens

  • Ensure the welfare of differently abled individuals and senior citizens.

• Relief and Rehabilitation for Vulnerable Women

  • Provide relief and rehabilitation to vulnerable and marginalized women who lack family or societal support and independent means of income.

• Gender Mainstreaming

  • Integrate gender concerns into government policies, programs, and schemes through gender budgeting.

• Support Services for Women and Children

  • Offer various support services to women and children through the State Social Welfare Board and its network of voluntary organizations.

• Rajiv Gandhi Creche Scheme

  • Implement the Rajiv Gandhi Creche scheme for the children of working mothers and oversee its revisions.

• Economic Empowerment Programs for Women

  • Execute programs aimed at the economic empowerment of women through the Women Development Corporation.

• Justice Delivery Mechanism for Women
