WB HS Result 2024: West Bengal council of higher secondary education (WBCHSE ) has officially announced the release date of the WB HS Result 2024. Press conference today, May 8, 2024, at 2:30 p.m.

Abhik Das from Alipurduar has topped the West Bengal Class 12 final exam with a score of 496 or 99.2 % marks. As per West Bengal Council’s report, a total of 58 students from 15 districts are in the top 10 list in the WB 12th results. This year 7,55,324 students appeared for the WB 12th exams, as per the data provided by WB board. As many as 6,79,784 students passed, taking the overall pass percentage to 89.99 percent.Students can visit the official websites,  to check their WB HS Result 2024 using their roll number and date of birth.

Students can use the board’s SMS service or the official website to view their WB Madhyamik Result 2024.
  • The official WB HS result 2024 portal, wbresults.nic  is where students must go.
  • The window for the result login will appear on the screen.
    In the corresponding sections, enter your date of birth and roll number. DOB should be entered in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
  • Enter Captcha
  • Click Submit 
  • The WB HS result 2024 will appear on screen.
  • Students are able to view their results. Print the result or take a snapshot, then store it somewhere secure so you can refer to it later.
WB HS Result 2024 – Grading System

The grading system categorizes student performance into different levels based on the range of marks obtained. It helps to understand a student’s level of understanding and proficiency in their subjects. The grades, along with their corresponding marks range and remarks, are as follows:

  • A+ Grade – excellent performance. For marks ranging from 80 to 100
  • A Grade – very good performance. For marks between 60 to 79
  • B Grade – good performance. Assigned to marks between 45 to 59 
  • C Grade – satisfactory performance.For marks ranging from 30 to 44 
  • D Grade – disqualification or failure. Marks below 30 fall into this category
