Educational Qualifications for PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2024

• Graduate Apprentice –
  • A degree in engineering or technology granted by a statutory University.
  • A degree in engineering or technology granted by an institution Graduate empowered to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament.
  • Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent to a degree.
  • Graduates of General Stream such as B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, etc.
• Technician Apprentice –
  • A diploma in engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Educational established by a State Government. 
  • A diploma in engineering or technology granted by a University.
  • A diploma in engineering or technology granted by an Institute State Government or Central Government as recognised by the equivalent to above.

How to apply for PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2024

• Interested candidates are required to register themselves on the MHRD NATS portal of GOI (https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php). Then, under establishment request, candidates will have to apply for apprenticeship under Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (establishment ID: NPBPAS000008). There is no application fee for applying for apprenticeship.

Penalty – Wrong Answers for PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

Mobile Phones / Smart Watches / Electronic Devices are BANNED for PSPCL Apprentice Recruitment 2024

• The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
• Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
