The Tamil Nadu Government’s Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Surgeon (General) positions on a temporary basis through direct recruitment. How to apply for MRB TN Asst Surgeon Recruitment 2024
- Candidates should apply only through online in the Board‟s Website www.mrb.tn.gov.in.
- Before applying, the candidates should keep a scanned image of their colour photograph with a placard indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph and scanned image of their signature. (Preferably stored in a CD/DVD/Pen drive as per their convenience)
- A valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number is mandatory for registration. Email ID and the given mobile number should be kept active till the declaration of results. MRB will send intimation regarding certificate verification, Other Messages only through the registered e-mail ID.
- Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Post Applied, Communal Category, Date of birth, Address, Email ID, etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after the last date specified for applying online. Candidates are requested to fill in the online application form with utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.
- The candidates shall register their mobile number in the application to receive SMSs. All communication from the MRB will be through e-mail and SMS to the candidate’s registered email ID / mobile number only.
- Payment of fee can be done through on-line mode only.
Penalty – Wrong Answers for MRB TN Asst Surgeon Recruitment 2024
Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
MOBILE PHONES BANNED for MRB TN Asst Surgeon Recruitment 2024
- The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
- Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
