How to apply for Meghalaya Police SI Constable Recruitment 2024

• Application will be submitted in the prescribed application form, which shall have the following features:
  • It will be designed on an OMR format in English;
  • It will provide for taking both left and right thumb impressions of the candidates;
  • It shall have provision for affixing passport size photograph.
  • It shall be accompanied with instruction booklet.
  • The instruction booklet will aim at giving a comprehensive guidance to the candidates in filling up the OMR application forms.
  • Along with the Application form, the candidate will be required to submit photocopies of relevant certificates, details of which are to be mentioned in the Check list by the candidate.
  • Without dealing with the technical details of technical part of the TRP, it is instructed that the OMR Applications will be directly fed into the system for data extraction and the data so imported will contain all the fields of information of candidates such as name, father’s name and full address, date of birth, category, domicile and other details.
  • The e-Recruitment System will automatically eliminate those candidates who are ineligible in terms of age, educational qualifications etc and also the duplicate records of those who have submitted more than one application.

Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
• Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
