Educational Qualifications for Indian Navy 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme Jan 2025

• Candidates should have Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or its equivalent examination from any recognised board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII).

• Candidates who have appeared for JEE (Main) – 2024 exam (for B.E/ B. Tech). Call up for Service Selection Board (SSB) will be issued on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2024 published by NTA.

How to apply for Indian Navy 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme Jan 2025

• Candidates are to register and submit their application on the recruitment website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. To save time during the application submission window, candidates can fill in their details and upload documents in advance under their user profile. The procedure for applying online is explained below.

• Online (e-application). Whilst filling up the e-application, it is advisable to keep the relevant documents readily available to enable the following:-

  • Correct personal particulars details are to be filled up as given in the Matriculation Certificate/12th class certificate.

  • Fields such as e-mail address, mobile number are mandatory fields and need to be filled.

  • All relevant documents (preferably in original), Date of Birth proof (as per 10th/12th certificates), 10th class marksheet, 12th class marksheet, JEE(Main)-2024 Score card {indicating Common Rank List (CRL)} and a recent passport size colour photograph should be scanned in original JPG/TIFF format, for attaching the same while filling up the application.

  • Candidates are to take print out of application and carry it along with original certificates/ documents as mentioned in Para 10(b) while appearing for SSB interview.

Penalty – Wrong Answers for Indian Navy 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme Jan 2025

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

Mobile Phones / Smart Watches / Electronic Devices are BANNED for Indian Navy 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme Jan 2025

• The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.

• Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
