Educational Qualifications for IAF Agniveer Musician Recruitment 2024

• Candidate should have Possess Matriculation / 10th or equivalent.
• Grade 5th or equivalent or above in one instrument from a recognized music institute such as TCL or RSM, KM Music Conservatory, Bangalore School of Music, TSM, GMI, Berklee School of Music etc. OR Diploma or equivalent in the field of music for candidates performing Hindustani or Carnatic Classical Music from any recognized University OR Certificate of participation/ awards presented at various events. For such candidates’ performance/ playing of blowing instruments with staff notation as mentioned in Educational QRs.

Penalty – Wrong Answers for IAF Agniveer Musician Recruitment 2024

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

Mobile Phones / Smart Watches / Electronic Devices are BANNED for IAF Agniveer Musician Recruitment 2024

• The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
• Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

Important Information for IAF Agniveer Musician Recruitment 2024

• • Starting Date of Registration for Rally : 22-05-2024 (11:00 Hrs)
  • Last Date of Registration for Rally : 05-06-2024 (23:00 Hrs)
  • Candidates born between 02 January 2004 and 02 July 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally
  • Medical Standards
    • Height for Male candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 162 cms
    • Height for Female candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cms. For candidates belonging to North East or hilly regions of Uttarakhand, a lower minimum height of 147 cms will be accepted. In case of candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height will be 150 cms.
    • Chest for Male candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed. Minimum chest circumference should be 77 cms and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cms
    • Chest for Female candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed with the minimum range of expansion of 05 cms
    • Weight : Proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF
    • Hearing : Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters by each ear separately.
    • Dental : Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.
    • Visual: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye
  • Registration Fee : Rs. 100/- (plus GST is to be paid online by the candidate while registering for the Recruitment Rally)
