• Candidates Should Posses Master’s Degree (Relevant Subject) With NET / SLET / SET

• Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard or in Higher Education

How to apply for HPSC Asst Prof Recruitment 2024

• Candidates have to compulsorily register online by visiting regn.hpsc.gov.in directly OR through http://hpsc.gov.in for submitting their online application form.

• Profile Registration is mandatory for applying against the advertisement for Assistant Professors (College Cadre).

• Candidates may register using their PPP ID/Aadhaar Number/Mobile Number.

• Candidate registering using PPP ID/Aadhaar Number should ensure that the Mobile Number and Email ID provided in the PPP Data Base/Aadhaar Data Base is valid /in-use. In Case the Mobile Number or Email ID mentioned in PPP or Aadhaar is invalid/changed the candidate should update his/her Mobile No. and Email ID in PPP/Aadhaar, by visiting nearest CSC centre before proceeding with the registration process.

• Mobile number is validated by OTP.

• The Candidate needs to login and fill all the required fields in the registration form after sign up.

• Upload Passport size Photograph: – (Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed. The file size must be less than 500 KB, and the dimensions should range from (132px * 170px) to (160px * 204px) ).

• Upload Signature: – (Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed. The file size must be less than 500 KB, and the dimensions should range from (132px*57px) to (160px*68px) ).

• Before submission of the online registration form, candidate can preview his/her registration form.

• During the registration process only the basic details of the candidate would be captured.

• After completion of the registration process, candidate can apply for advertisement using his/her login ID.

• Candidates would have to provide further details as per the requirements of advertisement they wish to apply for. After filling in the requisite details of the advertisement, candidates would have to make payment of the fee mentioned in the advertisement.

• Click on proceed to payment button to complete your payment (as applicable).

• Payment of the fee is made only through online mode (e-payment). If due to some difficulties, the candidate is not sure whether the payment is processed or not, then instead of making payment again and again. the candidates should check their previous transaction status.

• After making payment successfully, download a copy, check your application form, sign the declaration in given space and upload the signed copy of the application form to complete the application process, Failing which, your application will not be considered

Penalty – Wrong Answers for HPSC Asst Prof Recruitment 2024

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

Mobile Phones / Smart Watches / Electronic Devices are BANNED for HPSC Asst Prof Recruitment 2024

• The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.

• Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
