• Next Click on Applicant Login button to complete your form submission.
• Upload  Only recent ,not older than 30 days, colour photo / signature images. Keep ready the following mandatory documents (clearly scanned) before clicking ‘Applicant Login’ button
  • Signature (maximum 25 kb) in jpg format
  • Latest / recent colour photo (maximum 50 kb) in jpg format
• Candidates should apply against any one post only. Multiple application/ registration will be summarily rejected.
  
• Candidates are advised to provide correct details in all the columns of online application.  No request for correcting details / documents will be entertained after submitting the application.
• Candidates are advised to retain access of the Mobile number and Email as provided in the Online application till completion of selection procedure.  No request for change in mobile number and email will be accepted for whatever reason it may be.
• Once the candidate uploads all the essentials document and click on the ” Save” button, then the page will be redirected to ” Edit” mode wherein , he / she can edit the personal details and re-upload the documents , if any .
• HAL Reference No. mentioned in the Intimation Letter posted to the sponsored candidate must be used / entered by Specific Candidate only. Any person, other than the specific sponsored candidate cannot apply against that number and if so done, his/her application shall be summarily rejected, without any further intimation. Multiple application against same reference number or entering wrong reference number in the online form shall be considered as invalid application.
