Educational Qualifications for DTU Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024

• Design – B.Des. and M.Des. with 1st class or equivalent either in B.Des. OR M.Des from a recognized University OR B.E. / B.Tech. and M.Des. with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E. / B.Tech or in M.Des from a recognized University OR B.Arch and M.Arch with 1st class or equivalent either in B.Arch or in M.Arch from a recognized University OR 75% or equivalent in B.Des and Ph.D in the relevant branch from a recognized University OR Graduation in any branch and Master Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in relevant branch with first class either in Graduation or Masters from a recognized University. • Management – First class Master’s degree in Business Management / Administration or first class in Two year full time PGDM declared equivalent AIU / Accredited by the AICTE / UGC OR First class in M.Tech. / M.E. in relevant branch OR First class Master’s degree in relevant branch OR First class Graduate and professionally qualified Charted Accountant / Cost & Works Accountant / Company Secretary  of the concerned statutory bodies. Disciplines of Management (USME)
• Engineering & Technology, Economics – B.E. / B.Tech. and M.E. / M.Tech. in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E. / B.Tech. OR M.E. / M.Tech. from a recognized University OR 1st class or equivalent in B.E. / B.Tech. in relevant branch and Ph.D in relevant branch from a recognized University OR M.Sc. in relevant branch with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and must have cleared NET conducted by UGC / CSIR or similar test accredited by UGC Like SLET / SET. Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with UGC Ph.D regulations 2009 and onwards may be exempted from the requirement of NET / SLET / SET. • Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
