How to apply for DSC FG-D Recruitment 2024
- Candidates are required to register themselves with District Selection Committee {DSC) through the website https://eastkhasihills.gov.in using a valid email ID. The email ID will also be used for further correspondence by the office, if required. Please see the Instructions given in the website for applying & payments. Those candidates, who have already registered earlier, may login directly into the website, and apply for the post(s).
- A unique application code will be generated for each of the post applied. This application code shall be used for all future correspondence with the office, and more importantly it is to be provided at the time of Online Payment using SBI Collect.
- The District Selection Committee will not accept any application submitted by hard copy.
- Incomplete application will be summarily rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- District Selection Committee{DSC) has introduced on line payments using the SBI Collect, where a candidate can pay the Fees either through : Internet Banking / Card Payment / Other Payment Modes {Cash at any SBI Branch).
- The candidate has to upload recent coloured passport size photograph in JPG format, along with the signature below. The digital size of each file must be less than 50Kb.
- Request for change/ correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The DSC, East Khasi Hills District will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.
- If any candidate is or has been found impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or resorting to any other irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection or obtaining support of candidature by any means, such a candidate may in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, will be liable to be debarred permanently from any examination or selection.
- Candidate must appear for the Written Test/ Interview at his/her own expenses.
- Selected candidates must be willing to serve in any place of posting within or outside the State of Meghalaya in the interest of the Government of Meghalaya.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify a candidate immediately and will bar him/her from all future examinations to be conducted in the District Selection Committee, East Khasi Hills.
- Candidates are advised to keep track of their application and any notice relating to the examination from the website https://eastkhasihills.gov.in / De’s office Notice Board/ Block offices Notice Board / SDO Sohra / SDO Pynursla regarding dates of Written test, Issuance of e-Admit Card etc.
- Applicants are advised to apply well in advance without waiting for the Closing Date.
Penalty – Wrong Answers for DSC FG-D Recruitment 2024
Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
Mobile Phones / Smart Watches / Electronic Devices are BANNED for DSC FG-D Recruitment 2024

The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.

Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
