Educational Qualifications for DOE Kokrajhar PGT and GT Recruitment 2024
- GT (Arts & Science) – post of Graduate Teacher (Arts & Science), the candidate must be Arts / Commerce & Science (Graduate or Post Graduate) having from recognized University with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or it’s equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institutions.
- GT (Hindi) – Pravin / Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks and degree qualification with 50% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 50% marks from any recognized University, Or BA with 50% marks and having Hindi as one of the subjects with 50% marks or post Graduate in Arts with 50% marks provided that he has passed BA with one of the subjects as Hindi with 50% marks in Hindi. B.T./B.Ed. degree from any recognized University (PARANGAT to be treated as B.Ed. degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching).
- GT (Sanskrit) – Shastri with 50% marks and having degree qualification with 50% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 50% marks from any recognized University, Or BA with 50% marks and having Sanskrit as one of the subjects with 50% of marks or Post Graduate Degree in Arts with 50% marks in Sanskrit. B.T. / B.Ed. degree from any recognized University.

Documents required during online application, are as follows:-
I. Passport Size Colour Photograph.
2. HSLC Marksheet and Admit Card (Age Proof).
3. HSSLC Marksheet and Certificate.
4. Marksheet and Certificate of Degree (in case of candidates for the posts of Graduate Teacher Arts and Science, shall submit all three year Marksheet and Pravin / Ratna final examination mark-sheet and certificate in case of Hindi Posts and Shastri Examination in case of Sanskrit Posts.
5. Post Graduate mark sheet and Certificate in case of less than 50% marks in Graduation.
6. Any other mark-sheet and certificate of higher education.
7. B.Ed. / Parangat Mark sheet (1st Year & 2nd Year)and Certificate.
8. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
9. Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
10. . Scanned Signature.
11. Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
12. BTC residential certificate from the concerned authority

MOBILE PHONES BANNED for DOE Kokrajhar PGT and GT Recruitment 2024
- The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
- Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
