The Haryana District Health and Family Welfare Society (DHFWS) in Haisar has issued an employment notice for the positions of District Quality Manager, AMO, ANM, Staff Nurse, and Others. Educational Qualifications for DHFWS MO-STLS-ANM Recruitment 2024

• District Quality Manager – MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Life Science graduate with Masters in Hospital administration / Health Management with one year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. Candidates with experience in Healthcare Quality / formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with Database Management Programme and commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• AMO (Male & Female) – A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines from any university/ Institution recognized by the Government.(ii) Registered with Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of medicine in Haryana. Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Account Assistant / Accountant – B.Com with at least 55% marks. Knowledge of Tally ERP.9 Software (Certificate for the same is required). Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric. One year post qualification experience related to accounts.

• Multi Rehabilitation Worker – 10+2 or equivalent qualification. One and half year certificate course of multi Rehabilitation Worker from a recognized institute. Registered as Rehabilitation personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Staff Nurse – B. Sc. Nursing / GNM course from recognized institution by Government. Registered with Haryana Nurses registration Council. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• ANM – ANM course from recognized institution by Government Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• STLS – Graduate. Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology or equivalent from a govt recognized institution. Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months). Hindi / Sanskrit up to matric.

• Early interventionist cum special educator – M. Sc. Disability Studies (Early Intervention) / PGDEI. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Pharmacist – 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute. Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.

• Psychologist – M. Phil Clinical Psychology / M. Phil Rehabilitation Psychology and registered with RCI. Minimum 1 year post qualification experience. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Divisional Bio-Medical Engineer – B.E. in Electronics / Instrumentation / Bio-Medical Engineer with experience in Bio Medical Field/ Hospital, for installation, Commissioning and maintenance of Bio Medical Equipment. Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Zonal Entomologist – M.Sc.( Zoology) with entomology as one of the subjects. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• District ASHA Coordinator – Master degree in Sociology or Social Work or Rural Development or Public Administration or Public Health. At least 2 years post-qualification experience in management/ coordination of community processes programmes or community mobilization or related field activities with a minimum of 01 year experience in health sector. Hindi / Sanskrit up to matric.

• RBSK Coordinator – MBA / Master in Public health (MPH)/ Master in disability rehabilitation administration (MORA) with 1-2 years experience in health related social activities. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Medical Officer – MBBS/BAMS. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Panchkarma Specialist – A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicine from any University/ Institution recognized by the Govt. Registered with the Board of Ayurveda and unani system of Medicine Haryana. Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Panchkarma or Kayachikitsa OR two year post graduate diploma in Panchkarma OR one year post graduate Diploma in Panchkarma. First preference however, will be given to MD in Panchkarma or Kayachikitsa. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Counsellor – NRC – Masters degree in Food and Nutrition / Public Health Nutrition with one year experience OR Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics Public Health Nutrition with two years experience. Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills. Appreciation of, and sensitivity to local cultural issues related to IYCF activities and Nutrition. Fluency in Hindi, English & other local languages. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Hindi / Sanskrit up to Matric.

• Online Application can be submitted on Health Department Hisar web portal: http://rec.haryanahealthhisar.in/ between 11-07 2024 to 25-07-2024 till 4.00 pm. Rs 500/- per applicant for every post in General Category and Rs. 250/- per applicant for every post in reserved Category, separately will be charged online which will be non-refundable. One Application will be considered for one post only. Applicant has to apply online only.

• Application form generated/submitted at online portal along with 1 set of photocopies of all relevant documents along with 2 passport size photographs shall be required to be submitted at the time of document verification. Original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience shall be required to be produced at the time of document verification.
