About the Organization / Job for CSIR UGC NET June 2024
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has issued a UGC-NET announcement for Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and Lectureships (LS)/ Assistant Professors in June 2024. Candidates who are interested in the vacancy information and have met all qualifying requirements can read the notification and apply online.
To improve equity and quality in education by administering research based valid, reliable, efficient, transparent, fair and international level assessments. Educational Qualifications for CSIR UGC NET June 2024
- Candidates should have possess M.Sc. or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/ BS-4 years/ BE/ B. Tech/B. Pharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR)/ General-EWS and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.

Penalty – Wrong Answers for CSIR UGC NET June 2024
Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
MOBILE PHONES BANNED for CSIR UGC NET June 2024
- The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
- Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

- For SC/ST/PWD / Third Gender Candidates: Rs. 325/-
