Educational Qualifications for BDC UDC-LDC-Seal Bailiff-Other Recruitment 2024

• Candidates applying for the post of Upper Division Clerk must be a graduate from a recognized university and having proficiency in the use of computer and must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Training from recognized institution and a satisfactory speed in computer operation.
• Candidates applying for the post of Lower Division Clerk and Seal Bailiff must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board and must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Training from recognized institution and a satisfactory speed in computer operation.
• Candidates applying for the post of Process Server and Group-D must have passed Class-VIII from any recognized School or recognized Madrasa or any other recognized equivalent Institution.

How to apply for BDC UDC-LDC-Seal Bailiff-Other Recruitment 2024

• Online application for Bankura Judgeship Staff Recruitment 2024 will commence on 24.05.2024 from 23:59 hrs. and applications will be accepted till 24.06.2024 up to 23:59 hrs. The Application Form is to be filled in & payment of examination fees shall be made by the applicant through online mode only.
• The online application form shall be filled up through the links provided in the website of District Court, Bankura i.e. https://bankura.dcourts.gov.in/.
• The applicant will have to fill in his/her basic information. After submission of the information, the applicant will be asked to verify the information submitted & to rectify, if any. After verification, the applicant will have to press “I agree” button that will appear on the screen ensuring that the information supplied by him/her are in order & no further rectification is required. No further rectification/modification will be allowed to the applicant after he/she presses the “I agree” button.
• The applicant has to sign on white paper with Blue / Black Ink pen. The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person. The applicant has to ensure that uploaded signature is clearly visible/identifiable.
• If the Applicant’s signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Attendance Sheet, the applicant will be disqualified.
• Candidates who opt to pay the Application Fee through Bank e-Challan mode: A challan will be generated by the SBI website itself. After taking a printout of the Bank e-Challan (within 23.59 hrs. on 24.06.2024), a candidate has to go to nearest SBI branch in working days/hours and make the payment on or before 25.06.2024 (within banking hours). After making the Payment, a candidate will get a Candidate’s copy of Challan duly stamped along with Journal Number. Candidates are advised to keep this Candidate’s copy of Challan in safe custody for future use.

Penalty – Wrong Answers for BDC UDC-LDC-Seal Bailiff-Other Recruitment 2024

Candidates should note that there will be a penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.

Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
• Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
